ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at EBIN NEW YORK. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, support campaign activities, and help manage various projects and marketing channels. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across different marketing initiatives, contributing to the brand’s overall success. This position requires excellent
communication skills, creativity, and an interest in marketing trends and tools.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and assess competitive positioning.
• Align marketing strategies with overall business goals and coordinate efforts with product development, sales, and other teams.
● Campaign Development & Execution
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email,content marketing, events, etc.).
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
● Brand Management
• Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s voice and identity.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
● Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare regular reports to track progress against marketing goals and present findings to senior leadership.
• Utilize customer and market data to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
● Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance on project execution, creative development, and performance improvement.
• Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and company-wide alignment.
● Budget Management
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget and analyze the ROI of marketing investments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3 or more years of experience in marketing, with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, is preferred, not required.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email marketing.
● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and experience measuring campaign performance.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
● Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
● Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
